Chris Schick - Director of Operations

Chris leads KTC’s corporate infrastructure and critical process teams, including Resource Management, Quality Management, and Communications Management.

  • Responsible for the measurable output of KTC’s internal administrative personnel.

  • More than 15 years of experience in Human Resources and employment services in the Commercial and Government Sectors.

  • Well-versed in ISO Standards including ISO/IEC9001, QS9002, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27000, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 27002. Has been an active participant and key advisor on CMMI LVL III projects and continual improvement processes. Certified as Six SIGMA Green belt.


Ivan McEachin - Director, Client Delivery

As the Director, Client Delivery, Ivan is responsible for ensuring KTC Task Order Performance and Delivery efforts are in strict accordance with Task Order Requirements, Terms, and Conditions. Ivan’s background includes:

  • More than 40 years of broad-based management experience, directing multiple, geographically dispersed service delivery engagements, world-wide.

  • Over 20 years of supporting mission critical engagements within the Federal Civilian Agencies and Military Clients.

  • Well versed in CMMI Level III Services and CMMI Level III Development processes.

  • Trained in ITIL Best Practices.

  • Experienced in U.S. H1B Immigration policies.

  • 10+ years of experience in development and business analysis, 6+ years of experience in data analysis and management, and 18+ years of experience in IT.

  • Over 16 years of successful management experience in program management and acquisition, in direct support of high tempo operational demands in a variety of domestic and overseas positions.

  • Has worked as a contractor for state and federal government.

  • Development experience includes asset management, invoicing and claims payment, small business accounting, and vital records management.
