ISO 41001:2018 specifies the requirements for a Facility Management System. It supports the demonstration of effective and efficient delivery of
Facility Management, the consistent satisfaction of applicable requirements and stakeholder needs, and sustainability in a globally-competitive
environment. This international standard aims to support the integration of personnel, place, and process within the built environment with the
purpose of improving the quality of life of personnel and the productivity of the core business.
The current ISO 41001:2018 Certificate was approved on June 23, 2017 and is subject for renewal in 2021.
